     Constipation is just one of many symptoms that people are too shy to talk about. On average you should go number 2’s twice a day or even three times a day is good. Once a day or once every other day is constipation. 

    You don’t have to have pain to have constipation.

    This response is there for us to run away from danger. The last thing your body wants to be doing when it is running is digesting and absorbing your last meal, so the digestion shuts down and this sometimes relates to constipation issues.
