    Our next programme starts on the 15th of September and there are two days to choose from:

    Mondays 6:30-8:30pm at the Holiday Inn Express, Cheltenham

    Fridays 2-4pm at Whole Foods, Cheltenham.

    Our Qualified Nutrition Expert will guide you while the group meetings and closed Facebook group supports your journey.
